Why come to Adoration? Not to revere a holy thing, but to be in the presence of the living presence of Jesus Christ! We can encounter him spiritually anywhere, but there are only two places right now where we can encounter Jesus in his risen & glorified humanity – at the right hand of the Father in Heaven, and in His real presence in the Eucharist. Come spend time heart to heart with Him! Prayer materials are available, but you can simply sit and talk to him from your heart or listen in silence.
The Growing Our Faith Committee would like to invite you to the 8th biennial Christ Our Life Conference on Sept. 28-29th. The event brings thousands of Catholics at all levels of their faith together to celebrate and explore their faith and bring Souls to Christ by offering Mass, confession, adoration and various speakers throughout the weekend. Students are free (but a ticket must be ordered). The weekend schedule of events can be found online.
Tickets may be purchased for $30 for the weekend online at www.ChristOurLifeIowa.com or by using a QR code that is on the poster in the gathering space and on the bulletin boards.
