When people wanted to know who Jesus of Nazareth was or what he was about, they were invited to "come and see" or hang out with Him and his followers. (John 1:39). If you want to know who Jesus is in this faith community, we also invite you to "come and see" the way He is present among us in our interactions and conversations when we gather together in friendship and fellowship. To hear and see how he is working in our lives, especially in and through one another. To gather outside of our weekly worship, to experience and share everyday life together.
Gathering in relationship and growing in unity is essential to why Jesus came -- to save us from isolation and individualism and unite us as one people, one family.
Whether you've been following Jesus for some time or just beginning to explore who He is for you, "let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another." (Hebrews 10:24-25)
"Growth in holiness is a journey, side by side with others." - Pope Francis, Rejoice & Be Glad, ¶ 141

The Men's Club, Women's Association and Knights of Columbus are fellowship organizations that provide monthly gathering opportunites to socialize and plan fundraisers and/or service for the community and parish. Not interested in monthly gatherings? Be sure to come out and enjoy the community meals they occasionally sponsor: pancake breakfasts, evening dinners, lenten fish fries, etc.
The annual fall auction and summer bash/fall festival are great opportunities to gather as a community, sharing meals, fun and fellowship together!
Veterans Day and 4th of July are great occassions to join us for a patriotic rosary.
The four pillars guide us in taking intentional next steps on our ongoing & ever deepening journey with Jesus. Think of it as a cycle, not a checklist.
